Order Cancellation

Before Shipment

You can cancel your order free of charge before it ships. To cancel:

  • Log in to your Forever20 account
  • Go to "My Orders" section
  • Select the order you want to cancel
  • Click "Cancel Order" button
  • Your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days

After Shipment

Once an order has shipped, you cannot cancel it. However, you can refuse delivery or return the items using our standard return process once you receive them.

Return Policy

30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • With all original tags attached
  • In original packaging when possible
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Intimate apparel and swimwear
  • Cosmetics and beauty products
  • Earrings and pierced jewelry
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made items

How to Return Items

Step-by-Step Process:

Initiate Return

Log in to your account and go to Order History. Select the items you want to return and choose a reason.

Print Return Label

Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided.

Pack Your Items

Securely pack items in original packaging if available. Include the return form.

Ship It Back

Drop off your package at any authorized shipping location. Keep your tracking number.

Get Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Refund Information

Processing Time

Once we receive your return:

  • Inspection: 1-2 business days
  • Refund processing: 3-5 business days
  • Bank processing: 5-10 business days (varies by institution)

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. If you paid with a gift card, the refund will be issued as store credit. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color:

  1. Return the original item following our return process
  2. Place a new order for the item you want
  3. Your refund will be processed once we receive the return

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the damage or defect
  • Include your order number and item details
  • We'll arrange a replacement or full refund immediately
  • Return shipping will be covered by Forever20

Wrong Item Received

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We'll send you the correct item at no additional cost and provide a prepaid return label for the wrong item. We apologize for any inconvenience.

International Returns

International customers can return items within 30 days. However, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. Customers are also responsible for any customs duties or taxes on returns.
